For each of the last three Alkami Co:lab conferences Alkamists Molly Irelan and Anna Davis have created special sessions for our attendees to learn, network and grow. Accomplished industry leaders share their personal journeys, knowledge to inform fellow women in banking, and engage in a conversation about the past, present, and future of our industry.
This standout session was immediately followed by a Women in Banking networking happy hour. During the event, attendees mingled and shared even more about their experiences working in the banking industry. As always, each attendee walked away with a commemorative t-shirt. Inspired by 2023’s ‘Jelly Bean’ video, Alkami released two new videos developed in partnership with North Dallas Bank of Texas and Quontic Bank, highlighting the importance of community financial institutions and the pivotal impact they have on the financial journeys of their members and their surrounding communities.
When the President & CEO of North Dallas Bank of Texas took a chance on a local entrepreneur looking for a loan to start a construction business, he had no idea the positive impact it would make on so many lives in the community. We are so honored to share this story of how collaboration and heartfelt passion brought philanthropy, engagement and friendship to their community.
Single mom and MedEvac pilot Sofia Kharissova was at a turning point in her life and wanted to provide a home for her young son. Her research brought her to Quontic Bank online, where soon after submitting her application, she received a phone call from a banking representative that gave her hope, stability and a long-lasting friendship. Watch how financial institutions like Quontic Bank are making a difference in the lives of their account holders and community.
Alkami Co:lab attendees were treated to a special Welcome Reception at the Grand Ole Opry where we were able to stand on the stage, and explore the hallowed halls and dressing rooms.
